Range of Experience

Mark is responsible for the design, development and delivery of learning programs at the strategic and operational levels of organisations. He has broad experience in the creation of personalised developmental plans, as well as team and organisational learning programs.
Prior to joining the team, Mark was involved in learning, change and development roles, as an internal consultant for a global resource company and then for an Australian scientific research organisation. Mark has also worked for 10 years as an independent consultant, designing innovative approaches to leadership development and culture change for private and public sector clients in Australia and Malaysia.
Mark has sound professional and academic qualifications. These include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics), a Graduate Diploma in Education, and an Associate Diploma in Art. He is an active member of a range of learning and human resource professional bodies.
Mark currently conducts leadership programs, business design workshops and capability building initiatives for clients around Australia. These projects call for the innovative design of face-to-face interactions. Mark's work always focuses on helping learners deliver business results within the particular culture of their workplace.
